(1) Vendor needs to provide forensic casework outsourcing service to the government authority located in Syracuse, NY. – Qualified forensic DNA testing laboratories to provide contract (outsourced) forensic DNA analysis services. – Perform body fluid analysis and forensic DNA testing on evidence submitted by agency.• Provide forensic DNA analysis services:– Direct–to–DNA Y–screening.– DNA extraction and purification.– DNA quantification, as applicable to the validated analytical process.– STR amplification.– Capillary electrophoresis.– DNA profile generation.– Analysis and interpretation of DNA data.– Identification and reporting of suitable DNA profiles.– Re–analysis or additional testing when authorized by agency.– Preparation and delivery of analytical data and supporting documentation necessary for agency technical review.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
