(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consulting services to the government authority located in Los Alamos, NM. – Provide comprehensive employee benefits consulting services.– Services will include strategic guidance and objective analysis related to employee benefit plan design, financial and plan performance, compliance, administration, and carrier oversight.– Support the county in managing costs, improving plan performance and operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing effective long–term benefits strategies that provide value to the county and its employees.– Strategic benefits consulting and plan design.– Developing, refining, and evaluating its overall philosophy, objectives, and strategy for employee benefit programs.– Provide financial and actuarial–type analysis, as applicable to the consultant’s qualifications and services, to assist the county in managing plan costs and funding requirements.– Provide independent analysis and advisory services regarding the performance of the county’s insurance carriers, pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), and other benefits.– Developments affecting employee benefit programs and provide timely advice concerning their potential impact on the county.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8 2026.
