Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide Downtown Master Plan Services to the government authority located in Moab, UT.1. Project management:– The consultant shall appoint a point of contact for the city and manage a project kick–off meeting and ensuing coordination meetings with staff. The consultant shall present the draft recommendations and final plan update to the planning commission and city council, as requested by the city.2. Existing document review:– Review of existing plans and technical documents.– Existing conditions and plan update memorandum.3. Downtown main street master plan update:– An illustrated and written vision statement for downtown.– Updated transportation and mobility recommendations for motorists, pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, and other roadway users.– Revised future land use guidance and mapping to inform future planning and zoning decisions.4. Implementation strategy:– Short–, medium– and long–term project priorities.– Recommended public infrastructure improvements.– Policy and regulatory recommendations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
