(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive vocational training and career development programs services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– Provide comprehensive vocational training and career development programs to equip youth in the facility with marketable skills, certifications, and job readiness tools for successful reintegration into society• Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with industry standards for each trade.• Provide qualified instructors with relevant certifications and experience.• Deliver training sessions on–site at the facility in coordination with staff.• Incorporate job readiness components (resume writing, interviewing, budgeting, and career planning).• Ensure compliance with all facility security and operational protocols.• Provide a structured curriculum aligned with industry standards for each trade area (Entrepreneurship, eSports & Web Design, Exercise & Conditioning).• Assign instructors who hold relevant certifications and have demonstrated experience in their respective fields.• Issue industry–recognized certificates upon successful completion of each program.• Provide documentation of certification standards and accrediting bodies.• Develop clear career tracks for each trade program.• Coordinate with community–based organizations and employers for job placement opportunities.• Provide individualized employment plans for participants.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
