(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.• Provide neat, clean, and sanitary facilities for its associates and clients.• Five–story building with approximately 150,000 square feet.• Approximately 91,000 square feet of the building must be cleaned.• The building houses approximately 685 employees.• The building is approximately 83,500 square feet of carpet.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026(3) A Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
