The applicant wished to purchase (no installaton) twelve M4350-48G4XF (GSM4352) - 48x1G PoE+ switches or eqivalent to include needed power supplies to provide full POE output power The applicant wished to purchase and have installed two - Easton 9PX6KTF5 UPSes or equivalent . All equipment shall be new and shall include manufacturer warranty (three year). If equipment is different from what is requested, documentation must be provided with the proposal demonstrating that the proposed equipment is equivalent and will work in the existing network or the proposal will not be considered. . If operating license is required, it should be for 5 years and shall NOT include any additional components such as support or management. . The bid shall clearly show for each item proposed: Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part#/SKU; Unit Cost and what percent of the cost is eligible under the E-Rate program rules. . The bidder shall provide their SPIN in their proposal (or provide documentation that a SPIN has been applied for) and shall provide documentation that they are an authorized reseller of the equipment being proposed. . SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. .
