TRANSLATION-8381 - USA (Arizona) - American Sign Language Interpreting, Transcription and Translation Services - Deadline December 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide American sign language interpreting, transcription and translation services.– Responsive and responsible, qualified Spanish and lesser–used languages (LUL) interpreters, transcriptionists & translators, and sign language interpreters for court users and litigants with limited–English proficiency (LEP) as well as users who are deaf, hard–of–hearing, and/or blind.– Provide the following types of services: sign language interpretation, both in–person and via remote video, remote hookup, tactile/low vision– Provide certified transcription and translation of video recordings when accepting a transcription/translation assignment from the court– Events may be scheduled for full–days (8–hours) with up to 1–hour unpaid meal break.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
