REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR WESTWOOD TOWERS (PRE-CONSTRUCTION)

The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland (“HOC” or the “Commission”) seeks a qualified Construction Manager to provide preconstruction management services consistent with the industry-accepted role of a Construction Manager (CM) for the renovation of Westwood Towers apartments located at 4501 Westbard Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20816 in Montgomery County, MD. The selected CM will act as the Owner’s representative on all preconstruction matters related to the project including but not limited to the procurement process for a General Contractor (GC) and negotiation of the GC contract.
