(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026 to the government authority located in Dearborn, MI.     – The annual financial audit, any required federal single audit, preparation of applicable IRS reporting, and the annual compliance examination for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.   – Review and audit investment portfolio, including investment activity, custodial statements, valuation, investment earnings, and related financial statement disclosures in accordance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.– Provide an independent auditor’s report on internal control over financial reporting and oncompliance and other matters based on an audit of financial statements performed– Provide the independent auditor with office space to perform the audit.– Perform an independent audit of the financial statements.– Prepare a federal single audit in accordance.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
