(1) Vendor needs to provide owner’s representation services to the government authority located in Painesville, OH. – To provide Owner’s Representative services to oversee the development, construction, and closeout.– The project is currently advancing through the conceptual design phase, and the Architect of Record.– To provide all services necessary and required for the inspection, management, coordination, and administration of the project, from commencement through substantial completion, final acceptance, and project close–out.– The firm will assume immediate responsibility for independent project management, financial monitoring, schedule control, and technical advocacy.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
