EQU-19640 - USA (Burlington, Vermont) - Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Upgrade - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide supervisory control and data acquisition upgrade to the government authority located in Burlington, VT. – The Distributed Control System at Station currently involves an PLC and Windows PCs running an Intouch Wonderware SCADA app.– This project will fully replace the SCADA system. – The final result will be new tower PCs running screens redesigned for more intuitive plant control.– These screens would be built on the Inductive Automation Ignition platform. – The current screens are primarily a collection of various instrument readings, shown on bar graphs with the current value and alarm setpoints defined.– The new system would have a more visual mapped style, where the screens show a diagram of their system and an overview of relevant values.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
