(1) Vendor needs to provide computer centre steady–state operations services of the government authority located in Ohio.– Secure operational support, to implement and integrate proven, modern infrastructure services management tools, and to align with a modernized, future–state operating model.– This includes management of the mainframe hardware and operating system, the software suite, batch scheduling and automation, system performance and capacity optimization, disaster recovery readiness.– On–site salaries, wages, prevailing wages, payroll taxes, benefits, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, subcontractors, preventative and remedial maintenance contracts and insurance.– Provide a solution that supports all the business.– These cross–functional obligations supplement the technical, quality, and personnel requirements defined in each of the three primary service areas (Staff Augmentation Services, Mainframe as–a–Service, and Facilities Technical Management as–a–Service).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
