(1) Vendor needs to provide food is medicine program expansion services to the government authority located in North Carolina.• Identify and implement infrastructure investments to address critical gaps in food organization operations and expand access to underserved populations. Infrastructure investments may include but are not limited to refrigeration, cold storage, kitchen upgrades, and distribution equipment.• Train and equip staff responsible for delivering food is medicine services to provide effective nutrition education to community members and program participants with particular focus on populations affected by diabetes, hypertension, and other diet–related chronic conditions.• Champion the adoption, utilization, and network standards to support patient referrals and closed–loop tracking to community resources addressing food access and other non–medical drivers of health.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 06, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
