(1) Vendor needs to provide EPUB digital conversion services.– Conversion vendors who can reliably meet the Press’s recurring digital needs, including digital services.– Streamline procurement and production workflows by eliminating the need to bid out individual digital jobs each time a project arises. – Commercial E–book conversion, including alt–text composition and other accessibility needs and other digital needs as they arise.– Converting existing and future UT Press publication titles to EPUB including:• Epub reflowable•Alt–text•Semantic headings•Searchable•Table of contents, list of maps, list of illustrations linking where applicable•Note linking: either direct to notes section (+ back) or with pop–up windows, the latter preferredIndex linking where applicable.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
