(1) Vendor needs to provide food and nutrition design consultant service to the government authority located in Dickinson, TX. – Provide professional planning and design services for the renovation of the cafeteria serving area, the warewashing area, and the food holding areas– Conduct a comprehensive site visit and evaluation of existing kitchen serving lines and tray slide and cashier locations, reach–in cooler and warmer storage, and warewashing operations.– Review current foodservice operations, production methods, meal service volumes, circulation patterns, and staffing. – Develop conceptual layout options for serving lines, tray slide and cashier locations, reach–in cooler and warmer layout, equipment layout, utility connections, clean and soiled dish flow, and warewashing configuration.– Assess existing electrical, plumbing, mechanical, ventilation, and readily observable structural conditions affecting the proposed renovation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
