BANKING-9193 - USA (Ohio) - Alternative Assets Investment Consulting Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide alternative assets investment consulting services to the government authority located in Ohio.– The Alternative Assets Consultant will assist staff in identifying potential managers, providing research on strategies, suggesting changes to portfolio construction, and conducting investment and operational due diligence on an ad–hoc basis.– The aforementioned services will be performed for four asset classes: liquid alternatives, private equity, private credit and real estate.– Provide advice and assistance to Staff in identifying potential managers and conducting investment due diligence. – Assist Staff with the ongoing analysis and negotiation of management fees, carried interest, and other expenses across the Alternatives portfolio, and identify opportunities to reduce costs. – Review, and where warranted, challenge manager valuation practices (e.g., appraisal assumptions and cap rates for real estate, and mark–to–model methodologies for private credit and private equity) as part of ongoing monitoring. – Assist Staff with ongoing monitoring including a) maintaining up–to–date assessments of managers supported by underlying performance, risk and operational data, b) analyzing expected return and risk characteristics, and c) making recommendations for redemptions when fund structure permits. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
