(1) Vendor needs to provide banner enterprise resource planning system.– provide comprehensive Database Administration (DBA) services for a higher education institution operating the Ellucian Banner Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on Oracle databases hosted on Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers.– Routine DBA and Infrastructure Maintenance Install, configure, upgrade, and Patch • Oracle Enterprise Manager• Oracle database software• Ellucian Solution Manager– Manage components of ancillary solutions connected to Banner• Workflow• Intelligent Processes– Recreate test versions of the production Banner system• PPRD and DEV1 – Every other month• SAND – Every other month(2) The contract period will be for two years.
