(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory information management system.– Provide a centralized platform to organize laboratory operations. Includes document management, inventory management for both chemicals and samples, data organization and report generation.– System will be able to track and capture client complaints.– System will provide a means for client to perform their own data mining and self–service queries and prepare reports.– System will be able to generate a quote and Work Authorization for client approval of new projects.– System will record sampling frequency by program and parameter.– System will have the ability to create project and program templates that facilitate in creation of common project configurations– System will have ability to refer to a location by different names based on client’s needs; different clients may refer to the same physical location but by different names.– System will create a unique sample number identifier where the numbers increase sequentially.– System will be able to build invoices for subcontract laboratories that can be passed to city’s financial information system and accounting unit.– Capture organic extraction data.– Capture metals preparation data.– Generate sample batches.– Track aliquots for sub–sampling.– Manage interaction with subcontracted laboratories.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
