(1) Vendor needs to provide legal counsel services to the government authority located in Alhambra, CA. – Serve as legal counsel to provide objective legal advice to the civil service commission during hearings for suspension, dismissal, demotions, appeals, involving city employees subject to civil service rights.– Attend meetings and special meetings on an as needed basis to provide legal advice and guidance.– Process subpoena requests from employees or their legal representatives.– Provide legal counsel and advice regarding the interpretation.– Provide general legal guidance on personnel and procedural matters affecting.– Ensure compliance with the State open meetings and public records laws.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
