ACCT-27247 - USA (King William, Virginia) - Financial Advisory Services - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in King William, VA. • Provide pertinent advice and counsel to the agency concerning developments in the financial community in general, and municipal finance in particular, to enable the agency to remain in the best possible financial position.• Work with the agency’s staff and other officials in developing options, plans and strategies for financing planned capital improvements, taking into consideration costs and the effects that various alternatives have on the agency’s financial standing.• Apply to and schedule the rating agencies for ratings on each bond and note issue, as appropriate.• Develop necessary time schedules to assure that all work associated with the issuance of bonds and notes is initiated and completed in a timely manner.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
