THE CITY OF LAKELAND IS SEEKING THE SERVICES OF A QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED APPLICATOR TO FURNISH AND INSTALL SEALMASTERS LIQUID ROAD PRODUCT ALONG WITH A BITUMINOUS SEAL COAT MORE SPECIFICALLY GSB88. THE SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, SUPERVISION, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS PREPARATION AND OTHER MEANS OF ROADWAY AND PARKING LOT AND PATHS MAINTENANCE NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE REQUIRED WORK IN A MANNER ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY, AS TO MAINTAIN AND REHABILITATE INTERIOR GENERAL ROADS AND PARKING LOTS AND PATHS. PROJECT WORK INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO; CLEANING THE LOT, BLOCKING OFF AREA, CLEANING AREA OF ALL DEBRIS, REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF DEBRIS, PRIME AND PREPARE OIL/CHEMICAL SPOTS, FILL CRACKS WITH SEALANT, SEAL PROPERLY.
