The City of Sweet Home (Owner), is seeking proposals from qualified and dependable individuals or firms to undertake code compliance nuisance abatement services on an on-call or as-needed basis. The City is in need of contractual services to abate non-complied nuisance violations within the city limits. These services include: cutting overgrowth (to include edging), removing weeds, trimming tree limbs, removing derelict vehicles and trailers, junk, trash and debris, and boarding up unsecured vacant properties.
