The purpose of this Request for Qualification ("RFQ") is to solicit qualified contractors to create a Prequalified Nuisance Abatement Contractors List (the "List"). The List will be used to solicit sealed bids for nuisance abatement of properties located in the City of Norfolk (the “City”). Nuisance Abatement Services include, but are not limited to, mowing, trash and debris removal, boarding and securing structures, and standing dead tree removal.
