CONS-24101 - USA (Stillwater, Minnesota) - General Contractor Service - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide general contractor service to the government authority located in Stillwater, MN. – Mandatory services:• General carpentry• Concrete• Blacktop• Garage door installation/repair• Demolition• Interior/exterior renovations• Ability to manage vendors and trades, and communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of building project.• Ability to dispose of construction debris in accordance with the state and local regulations and maintain records of proper disposal• The contractor shall provide emergency service that will be available seven days per week, twenty–four hours per day, three hundred and sixty–five days per year.• Response to emergency service shall not exceed three hours• Contractor shall provide agency with an emergency phone number available seven days per week, twenty–four hours per day, three hundred and sixty–five days per year.• Ability to perform board–up services when needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026s. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
