DRA-11556 - USA (Tumon, Guam) - Survey of Tourism Attitudes of Residents Service - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide survey of tourism attitudes of residents service to the government authority located in Tumon, GU. – Measure resident sentiment toward tourism by assessing overall perceptions, attitudes, and levels of support for the visitor industry and its role in state economy and future development.– Evaluate tourism's impact on residents' quality of life by measuring perceived economic, social, cultural, environmental, and community impacts, including the benefits and challenges associated with tourism.– Assess resident participation in the tourism economy by identifying the extent to which residents benefit directly or indirectly from tourism through employment, entrepreneurship, cultural industries, local businesses, and tourism–related supply chains.– Measure the degree to which residents believe tourism provides sufficient value to state to warrant continued investment, support, and responsible growth.– Provide actionable recommendations to support agency strategic planning, destination management, community engagement, policy development, workforce initiatives, and programs that strengthen resident support for tourism.– provide a comprehensive research program for the Survey of Tourism Attitudes of Residents (STAR), including research design, survey administration, statistical analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations– Develop, refine, and administer a comprehensive survey instrument that measures resident perceptions regarding tourism, quality of life, economic participation, destination stewardship, cultural preservation, environmental sustainability, visitor behavior, and awareness.– Conduct data collection using a statistically representative sample of state residents utilizing a mixed–mode approach, where appropriate.– All survey instruments, data files, reports, dashboards, graphics, methodologies, analyses, presentations, and other work products developed under this contract shall become the exclusive property.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
