Eaton Mission Systems is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this equipment and possesses the proprietary technical data and design specifications required to perform these repairs. It is likely that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government (estimated between $200,000 and $250,000 for technical data, engineering reviews, and First Article Testing) that is not expected to be recovered through competition.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
