(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services to the government authority located in Woodridge, IL. – Audit agency financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. – Auditor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of agency and individual fund and account group financial statements and schedules in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.– Provide an “in–relation–to” opinion on the supporting schedules based on the auditing procedures applied during the audit of the basic financial statements and the combining and individual fund financial statements and schedules.– Render an opinion separately on the financial statements of the agency.– Provide to the agency all audit adjustments including appropriate backup documentation, and will meet with staff to discuss these final adjustments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
