East Lake Community Resource Hub Satellite Parking Lot

The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: The project includes installation of the parking lot, curbing, driveway, and sidewalks, along with construction of storm structures and piping and modification of existing storm structures. Work also includes development of a bioretention pond and associated features, installation of ADA ramps, signage, and striping, and pavement repair with width adjustments along East 37th Street. Landscaping improvements will consist of planting trees and shrubs, while lighting and electrical components will be installed as required and directed by the City of Chattanooga. The project will also include installation of site furnishings in accordance with manufacturer specifications and City direction.
