EXTRA-74841 - USA (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) - Trail Feasibility Study Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide trail feasibility study services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– The study shall identify a feasible, constructible, and implementable trail connection.– Prior planning and engineering efforts related to this project– Inventory of transportation facilities, roadway geometry, traffic operations, utilities, drainage infrastructure, structures, topography, environmental resources, major employers, and adjacent land uses– Review of available mapping, survey information, and aerial photography.– Identification of known constraints and opportunities.– Identification of feasible crossing locations– Development of conceptual Type, Size, and Location (TS&L) alternatives– Evaluation of bridge, elevated structure, tunnel, retaining wall, and other applicable solutions– Assessment of impacts to roadway operations and transportation infrastructure– Preliminary environmental screening.– Identification of potential permitting requirements.– Review of impacts to transportation facilities, utilities, stormwater infrastructure, and adjacent properties.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
