(1) Vendor needs to provide out of state litigation services to the government authority located in Maine.• Domestication of foreign judgements and warrants.• Litigate referrals on behalf of revenue services.• Post–judgement enforcement, including:I.  Liens.II. Wage garnishments.III. Bank garnishments.IV. Court ordered payment plans.V. Fraudulent conveyance recovery.VI. Seizure of assets.• Maximize collections using enforcement tools up to and including executing judgement in states outside of state at a debtor’s principal business location or where a debtor owns property.• Forward all settlement negotiations to the department for consideration, review, and approval.• Provide a comprehensive report each month showing the status of each case.• Advise the department of point of contact and any changes in personnel who handle assigned inventory.
