(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Decatur, AL.– Empty and clean all wastebaskets.– Sweep all floors, and wet mopped with disinfectant to remove all foreign matter and or spillage per manufacturer material guidelines. – Clean and sanitize all horizontal surfaces (tabletops, counters, desk, cabinets, etc.) Within the lobby, kitchen, breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, and group rooms. – Clean mirrors.– Clean and disinfect with a germicidal detergent solution all washbasins, commodes, toilet seats, urinals, baby changing tables, cabinets, and adjacent surfaces. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
