(1) Vendor needs to provide treatment and consultation services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS. • Provide professional services including:– Sex offender individual therapy, group therapy, and situational counseling.– Other therapy or treatment such as marital and substance abuse.– Assist in the preparation of conditional release treatment plans.– Consultation and training with agency staff, as needed, via email, phone call, and visits to agency.– Weekly consultation with agency via phone or in person.– Participate in quarterly progress review panel conference calls and meetings for up to 40 hours a year at agency.– Participate in special progress review panel meetings between quarterly visits.– Provide testimony in court as to clinical assessment of dangerousness of agency residents and progress in treatment.– Provide consultation services, as needed and requested by agency.– Administer and score psychological testing.• Complete therapy–related tasks, including:– Documentation as directed or required.– Quarterly reviews (or more frequently, if required)– Quarterly risk assessments (or more frequently, if required)– Assist residents in determining treatment goals for transitional release as well as relapse prevention plans through communication, comments, and edits, as needed.– Review Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to address issues related to residents.– Prepares statements for annual resident examinations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
