CC-3914 - USA (New Jersey) - Ambulance Dispatch Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide ambulance dispatch services. – Provide dispatching 911 emergency basic life support ambulances contracted by the city in a very high call for services and transport volume environment.– Current calls for service have 23,600 annually with approximately 14,500 transports to the area medical center.– On duty twenty–four hours a day (24x7) at a dispatch center no less than two state certified emergency medical technicians.– Technicians shall have certification from the state as emergency medical dispatchers and certification by the national emergency communications institute as emergency communications officers.– Responsible to keep record of all calls throughout the year.– Including every time that an ambulance is not available to respond and a fire department asset is then requested to respond in its absence.– Keep a record of all instances when there are no ambulances available to respond and mutual aid is requested to respond.– Capable of receiving, prioritizing and dispatching basic life support ambulances as circumstances require.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
