Description

Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov To provide the City of Oakland with board-up and property securing services for damaged and unsecured buildings, facilities, and residential homes. Contractor must perform property securing activities as soon as possible and be available for scheduled and non-scheduled (on-call) requests during regular business hours and after hours, weekdays and weekends. Responding crews must be onsite within 60 minutes of being notified. If a requested response cannot commence within 60 minutes, contractor shall notify requesting party of anticipated ETA. These services may be requested by the City of Oakland’s general staff, the Police Department, the Fire Department, the Public Works Department, and the Oakland Planning and Building Department. Service requests may be routed by the City of Oakland staff through a third-party dispatch service such as Daupler. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a one-year (1) period with an option to extend an additional one, one-year period. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid. Please, avoid mistakes, read the documents identified herein.
