Vendor needs to provide housing development consultant services to the government authority located in New Mexico– Install the necessary infrastructure to support future housing development and create pad–ready development parcels that may be developed in phases over time.– Support the development of workforce housing serving households earning at or below 80% of Area Median Income– Developer capable of working effectively with County staff and local project partners to ensure that the infrastructure investments position the site for successful housing development.
