(1) Vendor needs to provide workers’ compensation third party administrator service.– Provide third party claims administration services for the city’s self–insured workers’ compensation program.– Superior claims handling and tracking system– Effective, courteous and cost–efficient claims handling.– The ability to report new claims and review case files via remote access.– Philosophy workers’ compensation claims, ensure consistently good employee relations by emphasizing communication with the injured employee during all phases of the claim and the human resources representative.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
