CONS-23376 - USA (New Jersey) - Professional Architectural and Engineering Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– Provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services on an indefinite–quantity, on–call basis for a period of one (1) year.– Contract to procure a broad range of architectural and engineering services for projects that may include, but are not limited to, new construction, rehabilitation, modernization, renovations, alterations, capital improvements, facility improvements, site improvements, building and system assessments, and other architectural and engineering needs identified by the Authority during the contract term.– Projects may involve public housing developments, affordable housing, residential and commercial facilities, administrative and operational facilities, community spaces, grounds and site improvements, and other Authority–owned or controlled properties.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
