Facade Repairs for Ground Zero

It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to select a Contractor for Façade Repairs for Ground Zero located at 904 Chester Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Contractor is responsible for all building take-offs and project measurements. The successful contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and all other items necessary to perform the work.. A mandatory pre-bid will be held on June 17, 2026 at 10:00AM.
