Vendor needs to provide municipal court prosecutors service to the government authority located in Passaic, NJ. – Agency is seeking requests for qualifications from qualified attorneys for the position of municipal court prosecutor. – Services may be required from any and/or all of the vendors.– Perform all legal services necessary to prosecute municipal court violations, including motor vehicle violations and agency violations.– Provide legal research and respond to Motions to Dismiss; Motions to Suppress motor vehicle stops and/or motor vehicle searches.– Respond to discovery requests in a timely fashion.• Three attorneys will be awarded contracts to provide services on a rotating basis.
