RFI - Digital HealthCare Navigation Platform

The Chickasaw Nation is seeking information from qualified organizations offering a Digital Healthcare Navigation Platform designed to improve employee understanding and utilization of existing health benefits and actively navigate members to in-network, high-quality, cost-effective healthcare providers and services. The solution should simplify the healthcare experience, increase appropriate utilization of available benefits and programs, improve healthcare decision-making, reduce unnecessary healthcare spending, and measurably redirect utilization toward high-value care.
