(1) Vendor needs to provide iBoss web content filtering licensing, support, and hardware services. – Provide iBoss web content filter licensing, support, and hardware, complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions.– Selective decryption.– List domains you would like to decrypt without decrypting all traffic.– Advanced Selective Decryption controls for YouTube and various Google Services.– Hybrid environment with device agent and on premises physical filtering appliance, allowing for in depth traffic analysis beyond DNS filtering.– Devices using agent must be proxied, always showing a known range of external IPs.– Social Media Controls (YouTube, Facebook, Google, Pinterest UDP traffic. Others only look at 80/443., LinkedIn, Snap Chat).– Works and Binds with Active Directory.– Flexible groups, sub groups, delegated administration rights.– Mobile device filtering on Windows laptops/tablets and iPads, Android and Chromebooks.– Full Bandwidth control and throttling.– Granular reporting and forensics on the market (Real–time Alerts and lock–outs).– Flexible reports that can be formatted for non–technical users.– Threat and Event Module (Malware, Spyware, IDPS, DLP).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
