(1) Vendor needs to provide printing services of varied types of publications, both large and small, necessary for disbursement by the township to the government authority located in Wayne, NJ.– Editing: Original Documents are the Property of the Township; Documents are subject to editing due to content, color, design, length, and any other edits as per Department placing order.– All materials (film, scans, photos, artwork, etc.) are the property of the Township.– Typography: The Contractor must set all type. No mechanicals available.– Printing: Includes all production costs, ie: includes but not limited to: paper, stripping, bindery, packing, and all shipping.– Ink color is black, unless otherwise specified or shown in samples.
