(1) Vendor needs to provide small business enterprise consultant services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– Small business engagement is committed to creating opportunities for disadvantaged business enterprises and diverse businesses.– Assist with any corrective actions or responses necessary as part of the federal transportation administration triennial review or other federal and state audits or reviews found out of compliance, including producing shortfall analyses.– Monitor and advise the office of material changes, federal, and state regulations and laws that may impact requirements.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
