(1) Vendor needs to provide alcoholism, drug abuse prevention, education and treatment services to the government authority located in Mount Holly, New Jersey.• Provide eligible County residents with outpatient substance use disorder treatment, including services for adults, adolescents, and individuals with co–occurring mental health needs.• Adult outpatient treatment must include aftercare services for clients referred from residential treatment.• The time of contract award, adult outpatient treatment agencies shall have completed or begun presumptive eligibility (PE) training.• Adolescent outpatient treatment shall include continuing–care services for adolescents discharged from residential treatment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026. (3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.
