(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 to the government authority located in Winslow, AZ.        – The auditors must be properly licensed certified public accountants or persons working for a licensed certified public accounting firm according.– Provides comprehensive accounting procedures for accounting records, cash, supplies inventory, property control, revenues, expenditures, payroll, travel, and state and federal financial assistance.– The audit firm must meet the continuing education requirements.– Provides the establishment of a complete accounting system.– Conduct an annual financial audit of financial transactions and accounts kept.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Jun 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
