(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, hosting, and support services using content management system. – Provide discovery, information architecture, user–experience design, visual design, content strategy and development, data and file migration, systems integration, implementation, testing, staff training, hosting, maintenance, technical support, and related professional services.– Complete overhaul of the website’s design, structure, functionality, accessibility, content management, document organization, integrations, hosting, and long–term support model.– A modern, accessible, secure, mobile–responsive, user–centered website and content management system. – Create a modern, professional, visually consistent, and user–centered municipal website that reflects the identity and community character.– Migrate existing website content and digital assets in an organized, secure, and quality–controlled manner.– Provide secure, cloud–based hosting, backups, disaster recovery, technical support, maintenance, and performance monitoring.– Implement role–based permissions, approval workflows, audit trails, and user–account management.– Provide secure, managed, cloud–based hosting appropriate for a municipal website– Website development and content management system.– Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, or similar methods as appropriate.– User research, information architecture, and content strategy.– Provide electronic subscription tools and scheduled SMS and email notifications.– Content creation, editing, and migration.– Document management and storage strategy– Hosting, maintenance, and support.– Optional and innovative services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.
