(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive emergency management plan services to the government authority located in Ridgefield, WA. – Task 1 – Project initiation and kick–off:– Confirm project objectives, schedule, deliverables, and expectations.– Identify key Tribal departments, programs, officials, and stakeholders.– Task 2 – Existing conditions and capability assessment:– Existing emergency management plans and procedures.– Organizational structure and authorities.– Emergency management staffing and capabilities.– Emergency communications and notification capabilities.– Emergency operations and continuity capabilities.– Task 3 – hazard and risk review:– Contractor shall ensure that the plan provides appropriate planning considerations for both natural and human–caused hazards.– Task 4 – Code development:– Continuity of government.– Emergency authorities.– Delegation of authority.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
