Description
1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified in the following category: Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ 25-099) Northeast Athletic Complex 2. This Project consists of the development of the Northeast Athletic Complex (NEAC) as a community hub for health, wellness, arts and culture in northeast Calgary. The project consists of a Fieldhouse Facility, cricket field, artificial turf fields, site development, and parking. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Scheduled operational date is November 30,2028.
