(1) Vendor needs to provide dental practice management system.• Solution will replace the current Dentrix enterprise environment and support student learning, patient care, clinical operations, imaging workflows, reporting, compliance, and practice management functions.• These systems support patient scheduling, treatment documentation, billing activities, clinical education, competency tracking, and radiographic imaging.• Identify supported DEXIS versions, integration architecture, licensing dependencies, and known limitations.• Support future DEXIS software upgrades or clearly document version constraints.• Dentrix Enterprise with a modern supported platform.• Replace Dentrix enterprise.• Support academic clinical workflows.• Provide integration with DEXIS imaging software.• Improve user experience.• Preserve historical data and records.• Support instructional assessment workflows.• Data migration services.• Imaging integration or migration.• Improve reporting capabilities.• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and FERPA requirements.• Support integration with DEXIS or provide a comprehensive imaging migration strategy.
