(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Waynesville, NC. – Empty all trashcans.– Replace trashcan liners.– Clean countertops, sink and floor in kitchen.– Clean and shine all chrome fixtures including drinking fountains and molding.– Clean all sinks in bathrooms.– Deodorize and disinfect all trips, drains, toilets and urinals in all bathrooms.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 19, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
